Commercial Kitchen and Restaurant Cleaning
"Commercial kitchen cleaning is the process of removing grease that as accumulated inside the ducts, hoods, fans, vents, grills, fryers, of commercial kitchens. If left uncleaned, commercial kitchen systems eventually accumulate enough grease to cause extreme fire hazards."
We clean fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, work tables, outside hoods, stainless steel walls, all of the stainless steel in the kitchen, pipes, drains, and degrease the floors, walls and ceiling.
The client is responsible to disconnecting kitchen equipment from the walls and other surfaces. Fantastic All Care will proceed to degrease the walls and pipes, and degrease the ceiling. All walls, equipment, walk-ins, and floors are degreased. Scrapers, metal sponges, pressure washers and chemicals and hot water are used to thoroughly clean commercial kitchens.
What is the Fantastic All Care Difference?
Equipment is disconnected from the walls and the gas pipes and then moved so that we can access areas that typically have not been cleaned in many years. Most companies do not do this.
While grease controls in commercial kitchens have improved in recent years, grease fires still happen at an alarming rate. A grease fire happens when the cooking oil becomes too hot. When heating oils first start to boil, they will smoke, and then they will catch fire. Most vegetable oils have a smoking point around 450°F, while animal fats like lard or goose fat will smoke at around 375°F. Improvements have resulted from research, code revisions, education, and improvements in grease filtration and extraction technology in commercial kitchens, but the owners of commercial kitchens must still be mindful of maintenance procedures and routine deep cleaning.
